Fluoresentric's Direct-2-PCR^TM Sample Preparation Kit provides rapid purification of a laboratory sample which can be added directly to your PCR assay. This kit isolates DNA and RNA from cheek and nasopharyngeal swabs for detection or quantification. This PCR sample preparation method works for conventional PCR, real-time PCR (RT-PCR), and reverse transcription PCR (rt-PCR). The sample prep kit works by eliminating nucleases and other PCR inhibitors. Great for laboratory sample preparation and clinical sample prep.

The novel protocol allows simple, fast, and effective sample preparation.

Five simple steps:
1) Collect the sample on a swab.
2) Mix with Inhibitor Neutralizing Solution.
3) Mix with Preparation Solution.
4) Dilute 
5) Heat to 95 for 5 minutes.

Everything in one tube, on a swab, NO pipetting needed to prepare your sample for RT-PCR or PCR.  Works great with genotyping, and detection applications.
