Our 10x buffer is compatible with both conventional and hot-start (antibody and chemical) Taq polymerase applications.

Supplied as a 10x solution of 1 ml with a final magnesium chloride concentration of 1mM and 2 ml of Magnesium Chloride (25mM) for optimizing your reaction.

Additional Magnesium Chloride, for reaction optimization, can be purchased separately.
