Bact-2-PCR^TM Sample Prep Xtractor Solution

Xtractor solution is designed for the hardest microorganisms and it can handle whatever sample you have and want to extract the DNA from.

The protocol is as easy as:

1) Pellet the sample microorganisms and decant the supernatant.

2) Wash cell pellet

3) Mix with Xtractor and boil

4) Centrifuge to collect supernatant.

DONE!

The DNA can be used for PCR, restriction digest, or other molecular techniques.

Each kit contains sufficient material to extract 24 samples, of ~20uL pellets.
