Fluoresentric's SimpleProbe® Oligonucleotide QA/QC Service includes SimpleProbe® Synthesis (14-30 bases, Single Fluorescein, SimpleProbe® chemistry, 3' blocker as needed) with our standard oligonucleotide performance QA/QC service.

For the QA/QC service, Fluoresentric:

• Orders your oligos
• Specs the oligos to ensure accurate concentrations
• Runs your assay using the new oligos
• Packages up the oligos into desired reaction quantities.
• Runs your assay and compares the stock vs packaged oligos. 
• Sends you your packaged oligos.

If you are ordering for the first time, there is a 1x Setup fee of $199.00.  We waive this setup fee if you are a previous customer ordering additional oligos or if you are ordering 1000 or 2000 rxns.

When entering the sequence, make sure you explain where to place the probe.  For example:

FAM-SP-XXXXXXXX-P   or  XXXXXXXXX-SP-FAM   or  XXXXX-FAM-SP-XXXXX (internal)

Oligonucleotide probes are guaranteed (replacement only) for 10 days from the shipping date.  Shipping is standard overnight following assay synthesis and QA/QC.
